It makes for a very nice tour of the California coast: Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Pismo, San Luis Obispo, Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz, San Jose, Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Redwood City.
I’ve travelled this route many times in real life and there’s lots to see.
