Take command of the British Airways BAe 146-300 for an unforgettable journey from the heart of London to the dramatic coast of Montenegro.

The challenge begins before you even leave the ground. London City Airport offers little room for hesitation, with its short runway surrounded by the towers and docks of East London. Carefully calculate your takeoff performance, bring the four engines up to power and launch the BAe 146 out of one of Europe’s most demanding city airports.

After leaving London behind, the route crosses continental Europe before reaching the Alps. Keep your cruise altitude low enough to enjoy the changing scenery as green countryside gives way to snow covered peaks, deep valleys and mountain lakes. Beyond the Alps, continue toward Slovenia and the magnificent Adriatic coastline, where rugged mountains meet brilliant blue water.

The final section follows the spectacular coast toward Montenegro. Prepare early, because Tivat is not a conventional arrival. Mountains surround the airport and the offset localizer for runway 32 does not point directly along the runway centreline.
